Finca Alamillos del Prior is the name of a family estate located at the foot of Mount Aznaitín in Jimena (Jaén), in the very heart of Sierra Mágina, with origins dating back to 1892.
We chose this name to identify our extra virgin olive oil with the flavors of the past—carefully crafted flavors adapted to today’s palate. To achieve this, we produce limited editions of our extra virgin olive oil, allowing us to nurture and care for it as befits a family project.
